I have a special passion for volleyball! I began playing competitively when I was in fourth grade for school and for clubs in Los Angeles until my second year of college in Santa Barbara. I have experience playing indoor and sand volleyball mainly as a DS/Libero and as a team captain for five teams. I also had the honor to train with and to be coached by champions from all over the world.
I became a coach so that I can always be involved with my favorite sport, while still being able to dedicate my time to my career in athletic training and exercise science. Because of my kinesiology background, I vigorously teach proper volleyball form and technique.
It is important to know how to play safely and successfully while still being competitive and have fun. I firmly believe having communication on and off the court is what makes a strong team. That way players, parents, and coaches will always be on the same page.
Eat, sleep, and breathe volleyball…your dedication will show!
