I’ve been playing volleyball since my freshman year of college. During that year I helped create the KSU men volleyball club. As one of the 9 core members we actively created the club and began the push to have men’s volleyball instated into the university. After I moved to Kansas City I became immersed in the volleyball scene there, playing on several club teams and played outdoor very actively (7 days a week).
I started coaching in December of 2014 as the assistant to Southern Elite girls 17s top team in KC and following that season I was Head Coach of a girls 15s summer club team for a club called PVA in KC. That same summer I went through extensive training on the game and rules, and became an official for club volleyball tournaments.
Shortly after I moved to Dallas I have been an active player in an adult organization called DIVA and for the past 3 seasons my team placed in the top 2 twice. In addition to DIVA I have also been active in a national organization called NAGVA since 2015 and travel across the country to play in tournaments.
